We hear a lot about toxins, chemicals, microplastics, GMO and glyphosate… and it can get overwhelming fast.
But here’s how I look at it after 27 years of practice.
Hope my perspective helps someone today.
It’s not about fear.
It’s about building a body that can handle life well in all types of stress.
We have cellular stress, internal, and environmental toxins.
I have learned.
It’s not about fear it’s about creating a body so nourished and resilient that it can handle the world we live in.
Nothing comes without imperfections and toxins.
Instead of stressing over every exposure, I focus on what strengthens the body:
-----> Simple things that actually move the needle:
+ Plant diversity (this matters more than perfection)
-----> Try getting 20–30 different plants in a week:
+ Spinach, arugula, kale
+ Broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts
+ Berries, apples, oranges
+ Beans, lentils
+ Herbs like cilantro, parsley

-----> Eat the rainbow (think colors, not calories) no M&M or jello
+ Red: tomatoes, strawberries, red peppers
+ Orange: sweet potatoes, carrots
+ Yellow: squash, pineapple
+ Green: leafy greens, cucumbers
+ Blue/Purple: blueberries, eggplant

Smoothie with berries, spinach, chia
Big salad with mixed greens, roasted veggies, beans
Dinner: grilled chicken or salmon + 2 colorful veggies
+ Hydrate
+ Slow down when you eat (your body absorbs better).
A LOT OF PEOPLE working on this one !
That’s how you build resilience from the inside out.
Not extreme.
Not complicated.
Just consistent.
Replace skin care products with healthier ones.
Practice self care, grace, compassion and remember to pray for guidance and protection in your best efforts daily.
