The following thoughts are not mine but I wil find them right and will share them with the community, because I think the same way:

One thing I really do not like about the MLM industry is how people are often treated when they decide to leave.

Sometimes they spend years building a company. 

They invest their energy, their heart, their time, their relationships, and help create enormous revenue and growth. 

Some realise at one point they are no longer happy, aligned, or fulfilled and choose to move on.

That takes courage.

Leaving something familiar and stepping into the unknown is never easy. 

Reinventing yourself is not failure. 

Trying another path is not betrayal.

It is a normal part of life and business in every industry.

What makes me sad is that too often, the moment someone leaves, they are treated as if they did something wrong. 

As if years of contribution suddenly no longer matter.

The truth is they leave with nothing they truly own financially  from all the years they helped build it.

Wouldn’t it be more beautiful and more human to simply say:

“Thank you for everything you gave here. We wish you happiness and success wherever your path leads.”

That is leadership to me.

That is respect.

And that is how I would always choose to treat people.

Not with punishment or judgment, but with gratitude and support, even beyond the time we worked together.
